Odebrecht, the company responsible for building the new La Romana – Punta Cana highway, recently hosted a wonderful event for almost 900 boys and girls who live in the “Benerito” and “Villa Padre Nuestro” communities near to La Romana, with the principle objective “to create smiles” – and they certainly did!

The Fundación MIR brings the real meaning of Christmas alive in Altos de Chavón with the “Nacimiento Viviente MIR”

This Christmas season, the Fundacion MIR, with the Politecnico MIR Esperanza School (for boys) and the Politecnico Fundacion MIR School (for girls) invite you to enjoy a magical Christmas presentation in Altos de Chavón. Odbrecht and the Fundación MIR plant 2,000 trees on the La Romana highway!
On Friday the 11th of November, a team of 25 volunteers from the Fundación MIR biy’s school teamed up with Odebrecht and planted 2,000 trees along the new La Romana – Punta Cana highway in the area near to the La Romana – Casa de Campo airport.
