As restrictions begin to ease up, more couples are feeling confident enough to finally set a wedding date. With a bit of creativity, they have found ways to rework their celebration to make it both safe AND sentimental. Although we don’t know what the rest of the month, much less the year, will look like in the world of weddings, we are happy to see that many couples’ dreams are coming true. In this edition, we bring you what you need to know when getting married in the Dominican Republic, a beautiful intimate Altos de Chavón wedding, the importance of hiring a wedding planner, makeup trends, secrets to a happy marriage, and more!
Imagination and creativity have no limits, we believe everything around us can be considered as art and more so living in Casa de Campo. Here we have met local and international artists; We have delved into works that have intrigued us or that have impacted us with their realism; We have witnessed the evolution of ballet in La Romana, and enjoyed the colors and sounds of Dominican Carnival. In this issue, we celebrate art and all those dreamers who have created a masterpiece out of anything.
