An unforgettable graduation party
Back in June of this year, the Abraham Lincoln School celebrated its 32nd class graduation here in Casa de Campo, a celebration which for Sophia Papadopoulos, Anel Peña, Margery Pinette, Mariella Matar, Alejandro Flaquer and Hilda Geraldino Álvarez was followed by a magnificent graduation party!
Xiomara Menéndez honored as “daughter of La Romana”
Xiomara Menéndez was yesterday, July 24th 2014, honored by not only the Dominican Senate (Senado de la República Dominicana), but also the Ayuntamiento de La Romana (the local La Romana government) as the “adopted daughter of La Romana” in recognition for 38 years of work with the Hogar del Niño.
