Chinois’ Classic Peruvian Dinner with Chef Freddy Padovani
Last Friday December 2nd, the Casa de Campo and La Romana community members were able to enjoy a delicious and authentic Peruvian meal at Chinois thanks in part to Chef Freddy Padovani. The event was a success, and many dined outdoors under Chinois’ classic red paper lanterns.

A few weeks ago we got a taste of Peruvian cuisine with Chef Jaime Pesaque during Flavors of the World Peru, and this week on Friday, December 2nd we’ll have the opportunity for more amazing dishes from the region since Chinois is hosting a Peruvian buffet with guest-chef Freddy Padovani from Cuzco, Peru!

Chinois hosted an Opening Cocktail & Art Exhibition for Miguel Ulloa
Last Friday November 18th, Chinois Restaurant hosted an opening cocktail and art show for Miguel Ulloa. The exhibition presented various works by the Dominican artist and proceeds from sales went to benefit the Clínica de Familia La Romana.
