Greenie Alkaline Juice

  •   2 small apples or 1 large apple
  •   3 stalks of celery
  •   2 cups of kale or spinach
  •   1 cup of spinach
  •   1-inch piece of ginger
  •   The juice of one lemon or lime
  • Juice together and you are ready!
  • Enjoy.
