As I have previously mentioned, I am English, or rather an English rose (which is English for beautiful, young English lady), and as such I am unaccustomed to the Dominican way of life.

We arrived in Casa de Campo in August, 1987. My husband had been invited by Casa de Campo general manager, Touran Rateb, and Food and Beverage Director, Kurt Tschamper, to move from Miami, Florida to Casa de Campo to direct the nine restaurants of Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavon.
