Miriam Basilia Trass, Casa de Campo’s ‘juice lady’ has just retired! Miriam worked in Casa de Campo’s Lago grill for many, many years and has worked for Casa de Campo for more than 30 years, in the food and drinks department.
‘The Juice Lady’ will always be remembered by the Casa de Campo residents, tourists and all the people she worked with, for her delicious juices and for the care she took to prepare each and every one.
Miriam was defined by her honesty, punctuality and charisma and will be missed not only by her colleagues, but also by all the regular diners at the Lago Grill.
