Kyra Montague, a long-time Casa de Campo resident, has just opened a holistic treatment centre called Ki-Ra, in La Romana. Being a bit of a health freak and big fan of all things pure and natural, I was delighted to be invited to Ki-Ra for a treatment and a tour.
