Chocolate Pudding

Sometimes a sweet little treat is the perfect way to end the day. This simple to make chocolate pudding is so healthy you can even have it for breakfast without guilt.

The use of Greek yogurt as a base provides healthy fats and proteins, which will keep you full and tastes rich and indulgent. I suggest making a large batch in advance and keeping them in pre-portioned containers in your fridge to eat within a few days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain, whole fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. raw unsweetened cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp. almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey

Instructions:

  • Combine everything into a food processor or blender and pulse until everything is nicely combined.

If you want to fancy this up a little bit you can add some fun toppings such as: mini chocolate chips, cut up banana or strawberries, walnuts, candied pecans, dried ginger bits or anything else delicious!
