Central Romana changes lives of 110 children in largest surgical operative yet!

The Central Romana “Centro Medico” hospital in La Romana recently conducted the largest children’s surgical operative carried out in with more than 110 surgeries specialized in ophthalmology and otolaryngology, something which was completely free for the patients!

Chivas launches “The Venture”, US$1million start-up fund

Last Wednesday October 29th, Chivas Regal introduced its new international campaign called “The Venture” (Win the Right Way), where social entrepreneurs from 20 different countries, including the Dominican Republic, will receive part of US$1 million to be used to fund the start of their idea or project.
