The Hogar del Niño will soon construct the first stage of the “Sport and Cultural Project”!

The “Sport and Cultural Project”, an initiative, which through the construction of a sports stadium, will provide the Hogar del Niño’s students as well as the La Romana community, with a safe place to enjoy both sports and cultural events, already has 50% of the funds needed to begin the first stage of construction!

The Fundación MIR brings the real meaning of Christmas alive in Altos de Chavón with the “Nacimiento Viviente MIR”

On Tuesday the 27th of December, a group of the Casa de Campo villa owners, residents and visitors enjoyed an interpretation of the magical Christmas Story (the “Nacimiento Viviente”) performed by the children of the Fundación MIR on the Altos de Chavón’s main plaza in front of the St Stanislaus church.
