In this Casa de Campo Living exclusive, we’ll be the first to tell you everything you want to know about 30Sinco (pronunced Tres Cero Cinco or trace say-ro sink-o), the restaurant and nightspot at the Marina Casa de Campo which is set to open SOON! The establishment’s managers gave us the insider’s scoop of what we can expect and you will love all the juicy details!!!

For months now we have seen a tall black wall surrounding the restaurant, previously occupied by La Morela, and workers have been busy behind the scenes gutting the place out! 30Sinco will be a completely overhauled establishment and concept and we are finally able to give you a teaser of what to expect.
The Ambiance
The new restaurant-lounge is located on the corner of Portofino Square and promises to be a day and late night spot. The restaurant design is sexy and sophisticated with outdoor banquettes, loungers, and views of the marina that will lend themselves to a lavish vibe and experience leading to salty sun-soaked days and long nights.
The Food
The menu will be a Latin food lover’s dream, integrating Cuban, Dominican, Puerto Rican, and Venezuelan cuisine. As for who the new chef will be, that is still under wraps but what we have heard is that the talented Cuban-American hails from Miami’s fine-dining scene. If it’s anything like what we have already seen from that area, we are sure you will love it!
With the excitement and talent drifting in from Miami, Casa de Campo’s winning travel destination continues to make a name for itself, especially as superstar spottings and celeb-homes remain on the rise. Stay tuned into Casa de Campo Living as the new restaurant concept unfolds and reveals itself in our luxury resort. You can be sure Casa de Campo Living will be the first to fill you in on further details…coming soon!
