Last week, Beyonce and Jay Z with their daughter Blue Ivy were in Casa de Campo on vacation… and despite keeping it low-key, the world-famous couple were spotted out and about enjoying the resort – and here we bring you the pics to prove it!
They arrived to the La Romana – Casa de Campo International airport in their private jet, and were whisked directly to Punta Minitas #34, one of Casa de Campo’s most impressive oceanside estates, and one that has hosted numerous other celebrities such as the Kardashians, Rihanna and Drake, as well as the occasional visiting royalty.
At Punta Minitas #34, the family of three would have enjoyed a breathtaking ocean-view, the private beach and the ocean-front pool. Breakfast would have been served on the terrace, again with that same stunning sea view, while sunset could be viewed from the master suite or perched over the waters edge on the dock.
A vacation in Punta Minitas #34, Casa de Campo offers such tranquility, beauty and luxury, that it would have been easy for the beautiful couple and their adorable daughter Blue Ivy to stay and relax in peace – away from the prying eyes of the public.
However, such is the beauty of the Casa de Campo resort, that it seems they just couldn’t resist a visit to Minitas Beach this past Sunday the 9th of February. Beyonce, wearing cute denim shorts paired with a bikini top was spotted playing with Blue Ivy in the water in the main area of Minitas Beach – looking so low-key that she managed to stay largely under the radar and unrecognised.
Of course, being Beyonce, it was only so long before she was recognised, and began to attract a little more attention than she was comfortable with. And yes I admit I was there and yes I did go and take a look, and a photo for that matter – after all Beyonce in Casa de Campo is big news, and news is my job.
Before she disappeared off into the seclusion of one of the Beach Club by Le Cirque’s private cabanas on the more private area of the beach, we did however get a glimpse of Beyonce as a mother. Sitting in the sand, splashing in the ocean, and at one point even picking little Blue Ivy up to check her diaper, it was clear that Beyonce is just like every other mother – happy and very in love with her baby.
So what else did Jay Z and Beyonce get up to in Casa de Campo? Well while we didn’t spot them anywhere else, Beyonce herself posted some pics on her tumblr page (www.iam.beyonce.com), as well as on her Instagram (@beyonce) that reveal a little more about their vacation…
Special guests at a private villa
The photos used throughout this article, were taken at a private villa in the Punta Minitas area of Casa de Campo, but not at Punta Minitas #34, where they were staying.
From the photos we can see that Beyonce and Jay Z enjoyed a drink on the lawn, as well as a stroll along the pristine sand. The perfect spot for a little pre-valentines day romance.

Mind you, it looks like it wasn’t all about romance… that same afternoon, Beyonce took a spin on a pasola (moped) – perhaps that was their preferred mod of transport within the resort!?
