Since Bar Monaco’s grand opening in December, we’ve had quite a few chances to visit the champagne themed bar, everything from delicious dinners with friends to watching the New England Patriots win the Super Bowl LI. The restaurant whose quintessential location affords a spectacular view of the Chavon River from its second-floor seating area, is letting everyone know they have a new menu!
A frequenter of the new spot, I can surely say I’m looking forward to trying their Thai Ceviche and Duck Magret, not to mention a chocolate fondue! Chef Carlos Chapellin says he likes to switch up the menu every so often, bringing variety to the Altos de Chavón restaurant and evolving its food concepts to reflect the essence of the 21 countries of the Grand Prix.
