Following a few glasses of champagne (me) and a few Chivas on the rocks (Philip) at the Semana Santa edition of the Sunset Jazz Night at the Azimut Café, Philip Silvestri and I decided to head up to Altos de Chavón for a wander about – and discovered that new restaurant “The Club” was open!
