Stretching – flexing muscles can increase muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion, as well as prevent injuries, relieve tension, and improve alignment.

Spinning – is a specific form of indoor cycling, a cardio (aerobic) workout set to upbeat music. Spinning is great for those who want a motivating workout in group format.

3×3 – is special muscle building technique, incorporating two exercises to perform each workout session, and all you have to do is three sets of three reps for each one.

Yoga at Aldea Cultural
Yoga at Aldea Cultural Santa Rosa de Lima in La Romana offers Sivandana Yoga classes. Sivandana style it is the form of Hatha yoga combining Pranayana, sun salutations, asanas and long relaxation. It helps the strength and flexibility of the spine. Chanting and meditation can also be a part of full-length class. Jackie Arvelo teaches on Monday, Shakti on Wednesdays, and Caroline on Fridays, all providing mats if you don’t have one.
