Featured Image Tasting and Pairing Dinner

Good news fellow Casa De Campo foodies! Clear your dinner plans for tomorrow! Our own Anthony Masas the Executive Chef of Casa de Campo along with Joaquin Renovales the Executive Chef of Restaurant Group SBG and Erik Malmsten the Executive Chef of Restaurant Olivia are coming together in Piazzetta in Altos de Chavon TOMORROW for an undeniable treat.

Like three tenors of the kitchen they will be creating a symphony of flavors… We couldn’t get enough of Chef Anthony’s six-course dinner back in February, and the not-new to Casa de Campo chef, Erik Malmsten also joined Anthony for the Cena Cuatro Manos (4 Hands Dinner) during the wine festival and the results were spectacular. We can’t wait for one of DR’s favorites, Joaquin Renovales of SBG to join them in creating a unique gastronomic experience. We can only imagine what these three chefs have in store…

The CVNE wineries will pair each dish with wine, and we couldn’t think of a better fit. CVNE wines, which are also called Cune, are located in Haro’s historic station quarter in the Rijoha region of Spain. Two brothers, Eusebio and Raimundo Real de Asúa, founded the first winery in 1879. Even today, it is still controlled by the direct descendants of the founding family. CVNE had pioneered the concept and was Rioja’s first single vineyard wine! Now it is composed of four wineries: CVNE, Imperial, Vina Real and Contin, honoring the tradition of single vineyard wine.

CVNE’s own exporter and storage manager, Michelangelo Hernandez will be joining the dinner as a part of his visit to the Dominican Republic. Don’t miss this unique gastronomic opportunity! Your palette thank you!
