The Flamboyan Conference Center, located in the main area of the Casa de Campo hotel was just recently upgraded by Mayra González in partnership with architect firm, Selman & Associates and now features a wonderful outdoor function space, ideal for welcome cocktails as well as modern indoor installations, ideal for “board of directors” meetings or grand group events!

Hoedown 2011: Bandits at the Jack Daniel’s Saloon

25th Annual Altos de Chavon Design School Fashion Show
This Saturday, the 23rd of May, I attended the 25th annual fashion show presented by the students of the Altos de Chavon School of Design and I was not disappointed. The event was very well organized, whilst the actual fashion show was very impressive, the students’ designs were original and inventive and yet refreshingly wearable.
