Yoga’s health benefits have been known to humankind for thousands of years. It is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India now practiced worldwide and continues to grow in popularity.

From Monday, July 19th to Friday, July 25th, you are invited to an intensive week of training in yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and healthy eating – the perfect way to rest, relax, reinvigorate, and recharge along with like-minded friends and companions.  

Martina Monteverde and Luisa Poppe will host this week’s event. They will be joined by guest instructors Marcos Yassan, Yira Carrasco Kemlin, Paulina Flores, Pedro La Hoz, Lina Latorre, and Nassim Dina, who will explain all about the virtues and benefits that yoga offers. 

Classes will take place in numerous beautiful locations around the resort, including the Altos de Chavón amphitheater, the Dye Fore golf course overlooking the Chavón River, and La Casita Marina. 

All you need to bring is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and your desire to connect with people and nature by practicing yoga.
