Hey there, foodies! Flavors of the World is back, have you heard?! But since we still need to wait a couple of weeks for it, why not indulge in a 6-course dinner by our very own Executive Chef Anthony Masas tomorrow night. The Jerez Wine Pairing Menu designed by Masas, will take place on Friday, March 17th in Beach Club by Le Cirque in Minitas at 8 pm, where he will be presenting a special menu with a selection of wines from Tio Pepe by González Byass.
This dinner will have a cost of $125.00 USD, tax included. It includes a 6 course meal and the wine pairings. You will also get to meet Mr. Antonio Gonzalez Palacio, Brand Manager of González Byass, a family winery founded in 1835, and learn more of Tio Pepe. Tio Pepe, named after the founder’s uncle and the man who taught him everything about Fino Sherry wines, was the first fino sherry to reach England in the mid-19th century, and it gradually gained recognition on other markets. Dressed with its wide-brimmed hat, red Andalusian jacket, its hands on its hips and a Spanish guitar by its side it has become the company’s icon and one of Spain’s most recognized brands.
