product_treadmillTime and time again I’ve heard clients say that they don’t have enough time to exercise or they only have 30 minutes a day to exercise and don’t think they’ll accomplish anything in that time.Don’t fret, there’s a solution, you can get a perfectly good workout in 30 minutes! When you only have a small amount of time, focus on working out harder, you’ll burn more calories and wont have to worry about burn out since it’s only a short burst. In this situation don’t worry about staying in your ‘fat burning zone’ just try to get the most bang for your buck.

This is a simple routine you can use on a treadmill or track. Choose 5 total body moves, such as lunges, squats, jumping jacks, high knees or butt kicks, make sure to incorporate your upper body in all the moves. Walk at a fast pace for 2 minutes then switch to the total body moves for 1 minutes. Go through the entire circuit twice and I guarantee you’ll work up a sweat and blast some serious calories. End with walking to give yourself a chance to cool down and don’t forget to stretch!
