Not one, but TWO Casa de Campo ladies are coming together to host this month’s Café de la Leche. Turning the corner into the 7th month of the year (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT’S ALREADY JULY?!?), we fully support enjoying the summer nights and the tasty delights they bring. Next Wednesday, July 12th THURSDAY JULY 13TH (NEW DATE!!), prepare for double-trouble with Gabriella Reginato and Zamira Logroño. They’re coming together to bring a food demonstration and tasting of dips and fried ice-cream!
One of our favorite weekend activities in Casa de Campo is stopping by Le Spot in the Marina for a nice, cold ice cream. A couple of weekends ago, I savored the fruity combination of Chinola and Fresa. I’m more than looking forward to watching the preparation of fried ice-cream and sampling Zamira’s exceptional desserts! Plus, we’re all BIG fans of Gabriella’s VOALA! line of gourmet dips. We can’t forget her launch at Azimut Café almost a year ago with Sundried Tomato Pesto, Truffled Mustard, Bacon Marmalade, Herb Mix and Truffle Butter. There’s going to be a lot to see and eat, so make your reservations with the details below to be a part of it. Come hungry and leave happy!
Mark your calendars for Wednesday Thursday at Gabriella’s Studio Cocina in La Romana. As always, Café de la Leche asks that you bring a contribution of RD $1,200 or the equivalent in Milk or Formula for the Hogar del Niño’s Crib Room.
