This coming weekend, Friday the 18th – Sunday the 20th, Casa de Campo Resort and Villas will celebrate another edition of “Flavors of the World” with one of its most anticipated editions: Peru.


Peru is famous for its gastronomy with numerous restaurants rated amongst the best in the world, and will become part of very successful monthly series of gastronomical events that have been taken place in the resort since the month of May. Each edition has offered the public dinners, cocktails, beach parties, brunch and music for the enjoyment of the most demanding diners and foodies.

Chef Jaime Pesaque of the famous and trendy Mayta restaurant, one of the favorite places for lovers of Peruvian gastronomy in Lima and Dubai that Pesaque opened after working in restaurants such as the 3-star Michelin “Celler de Can Roca,” will be representing the country. In his restaurants, he combines contemporary culinary techniques with fresh local ingredients, products and spices to create and transform simple dishes into sophisticated culinary creations granting him the Summum award as one of The Best Restaurants in Peru. Chef Pesaque’s evolving cuisine is the key to his success and reputation as one of the top chefs in the country, and he will be in charge of this month’s culinary experience of Flavors of the World. The weekend celebration consists of two Chef’s Tasting Menu on Friday and Saturday, and the always anticipated Sunday brunch.   • Friday, November 18th and Saturday November 19th: Chef’s Tasting Menu at the Beach Club, 8 PM – US$100.00 p/p tax included.
  • Sunday, November 20th: Brunch in Minitas Beach with  Chef Jaime Pesaque; $50 p/p tax included, children under 12 years only pay 50%.
