This Friday June 13th come celebrate the start of the World Cup at La Morela in the Marina Casa de Campo.
While the tournament officially opens the previous day on Thursday, Fridays game- Holland vs. Spain -has prompted two of our community to organize a special event to celebrate. You see Jorien Van Der Meij is from Holland, and Pilar Camarero is from Spain, and these two recent additions to our Casa de Campo community are so excited to see their countries play that they wanted to get everyone involved in the excitement too.
Kick-off is at ??, from which La Morela, one of our favorite restaurants in the Marina Casa de Campo will be serving FREE tapas for everyone to enjoy during the game. [Note: You only get free tapas if you’re ordering drinks.]
La Morela, “Pop Food” – delicious and different! La Morela, Casa’s newest and hippest addition to dining in the Marina is daring to do something different. Their “pop food” concept is a finely honed combination of popular dishes, hence the name “pop”… that can’t be neatly boxed into any one cuisine, except perhaps that of “good food”!
Name rings a bell? Well that’s because we recently published an interview with Jorien Van Der Meij and her business partner, Viktorija Seijas. Jorien and Viktorija are the owners of Boutique de Bordado, a personalised embroidery service.
