With so much happening this weekend in Casa de Campo we thought we’d bring you a quick roundup of all the fun options – to make sure you don’t miss out on all the action!
To start off the weekend (August 28-31), Casa de Campo presents their 37th annual Casa de Campo Tennis Tournament, an international tennis tournament which in the past has attracted several hundred national and international tennis players and you are cordially invited to join the action! So get your tennis equipment ready it is certainly an event you cannot miss! Click here for details!
And that’s not it for sports! Get ready all you golf lovers, the III Willy Pumarol Golf Classic is also this weekend! Saturday, August 30th be prepared for a beautiful day on the greens, and with the participation of Willy Pumarol himself all players will have the chance to play with this up and coming Dominican golfer, the first Dominican player to take part in the Latin American PGA Tour. Prizes will be awarded for the “closest to the pin” and the “longest drive” as well as winner in the various categories. It’s an experience worth living! Click here for details!
Ready to get to know the beautiful area of La Romana – Bayahibe? In that case, the “Selfie” rally is your best choice! Taking place all weekend, The La Romana – Bayahibe Rally is your chance to have fun with the whole family and get to know the La Romana – Bayahibe area better! Setting off from the Cueva de las Maravillas (the Marvellous Cave), participants will travel across the destination and have to take “selfies” in the various different locations to prove they were there while discovering the area and having fun! Not into games and sports? No problem! Friday the 29th of August, Victor Mitrov, one of the most prominent Bulgarian musicians of his generation and a distinguished young orchestral performer; currently the principal trumpeter for the Dominican Republic’s National Symphony Orchestra, will be performing live at La Caña Restaurant & Lounge by Il Circo, Casa de Campo Hotel. Saturday, August 30th, Dance the night away with Jenny to traditional Latino rhythms – merengue, salsa and bachata.
