On Saturday February 14th, one of the many activities that formed part of the Hogar del Niño fundraising weekend was the tennis tournament.
Played at La Romana Country Club, the tennis tournament represented a fun, friendly and ever-so-slighty competitive activity.
In the end Alberto Jimenez and Peter Landschut came out as the mens champions, while Idarmis de Velazquez and Ivonna Sosa were the womens champions. Runner-ups were Miguel Garstin, Rick McDaniel, Blanca de Rivera and Gabriela de Morales.
Other activities that formed part of the Hogar del Niño fundraising weekend were the golf tournament (click here for photos), the polo tournament, homes and gardens tour, the bike marathon (click here for photos), the zumbathon and the dinner-dance party (click here for photos)!
