The Fundacion MIR’s Magical Splendor for Life fundraising weekend wasn’t all about fashion (although that was my favourite part), on Saturday the 22nd of January a golf tournament was held at the La Romana Country Club.

This weekend is all about burgers! Today, Thursday the 27th of January is the soft opening of the new restaurant in Altos de Chavón, Oneburger, meanwhile in the Marina on Saturday night, Riomarina will be hosting it’s last dinner before closing down!

Aqui To’somos Toros y Campeones! Los Toros win the Dominican Baseball League!
Last night, La Romana’s Baseball team the ‘Los Toros del Este’ were crowned the champions of the Dominican Baseball League for only the 2nd time in their 28 year history! The celebrations reverberated last night all across La Romana, Casa de Campo and beyond.
