Located in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo, with the intention that the music and values that are taught in this Foundation contributes to promote and be part of the artistic and heritage of the emblematic Dominican Culture. Thanks to the philanthropic contributions of its members, the financial support of its sponsors and the organization of prestigious concerts, the Fiesta Clásica Foundation raises the necessary funds to operate its musical education center.

Mrs. Corinne has known Chef Alain Passard for many years now, thanks to their mutual love of music and fine dining, and has invited him to Casa de Campo for two unforgettable nights of his famous and very popular dishes. Alain Passard is one of the most outstanding active professionals in French cuisine. He began at the age of 15, worked under Michel Kerever, cooked hand in hand at La Chaumiere de Gaston Boyer and between 1980 and 1984 took care of Le Duc d’Enghien, at the Enghien Casino. There, with only 26 years, he got two Michelin stars and became the youngest cook to obtain them. At last, after years of working in restaurants and gaining experience, he creates Arpège, formerly L’Archestrate belonging to his mentor, Alain Senderens, located on the corner of rue de Varenne and rue de Bourgogne. He baptizes it in tribute to his second passion, his love for music and since 1996 he boasts three Michelin stars.

Alain Passard is a chef who has been viscerally bound to his burners for the past 30 years. He seeks relentlessly, with each movement and with the utmost respect, to bring out the best in every dish he prepares. Don’t miss the opportunity to try everything he has in store for us whilst at the same time support the beautiful work that the Fundación Fiesta Clásica is doing. Save the date and make your reservations!
