Have your little ones been spending too much time indoors? These long summer breaks can be rough without school to keep them busy. Not to worry, the folks over at the GTA Sports Academy in Casa de Campo have got you covered with the “Wild Ranch Canopy” Excursion!
Their adventure begins at 8:30 a.m., when the kids are picked up from the Casa de Campo Hotel by a private bus for a thirty minute drive to where their adventure will be taking place. Upon their arrival at Wild Ranch, located in “El Gato”, a village between La Romana and Bayahibe, they’ll be welcomed with fruit and refreshments, and they will be briefed on their instructions, as well as the safety rules for their stay at Wild Ranch.
The kids will be divided into groups so as to rotate between all the fun team-building activities, which include horseback riding, a zip-line, their “Tarzan Swing”, several water sports competitions, as well as an ecological tour of the area.
At 2:30, once your young ones are all petered out, they’ll be served a nice lunch with hot dogs, fruit, and refreshments, after which they’ll pack up into the buses once more to go back to Casa de Campo, departing at 3:30pm and arriving at four in the afternoon.
So take a chance and have ’em head for the Wild Ranch, your little ones’ll have a fun day, and, best of all for Mom and Dad, odds are they’ll be easy to put to bed come nightfall!
