Last Friday the 21st of September, the La Flor Dominicana Factory Tour and Cigar Megastore in La Estancia was officially opened in a ribbon cutting ceremony led my local cigar making legend, José Seijas, and Litto Gomez, founder of La Flor Dominicana cigar factory in Santiago.
