Hoedown 2011: Bandits at the Jack Daniel’s Saloon
Last Saturday the 2nd of July, we celebrated the second anual Hoedown (Fiesta Americana) an American/Western themed party in the Casa de Campo FLAMBOYAN conference center, which was sponsored by Jack Daniel’s, the Casino Diamante Dominicus Bayahibe, Ron Brugal and Scotiabank.

Fiesta Americana: a Hoedown throw-down success! Yeehaaaw!
Yeeehhhaaaawwww! The Hoedown took place last Saturday the 2nd of July and was a success beyond everyone’s wildest expectations! More than 500 cowboys and cowgirls of all ages turned out in their best Western gear and enjoyed the party (the bull, music, dancing, talent show, BBQ, casino and drinks) so much nobody wanted to leave!

From June 20th through to July the 1st the Museo Arqueológico Regional Altos de Chavón held it’s first children’s summer camp and it was a great success and lots of fun for Casa de Campo’s little ones!

The Teeth of the Dog is closed for maintenance!
Casa de Campo’s most famous Pete Dye designed golf course, the Teeth of the Dog, closed earlier this week for essential maintenance and is expected to reopen on August the 1st.
