It’s a busy couple of weeks for the golf department! While the LXI Caribbean Amateur Golf Championships begin today and play through Friday, turn the corner into next week and the 3rd Annual Latin America Pro-Am is in town along with the Dueños Tour “PGA Championship”! 

This month, the Dueños Tour falls on Saturday, August 12th, the same day as the PGA Championship in North Carolina (my home-state!!). Located at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, the golf department will televise the big end to the 2017 PGA Tour during its awards ceremony at Hole 19. 

Shotgun begins at 9:00 a.m. on the Teeth of the Dog and ladies will tee-off from the Red Tees, while men (regardless of handicap or age) will tee off from the White. Played in individual stroke play format and with 100% handicap, the tour will award prizes at the Gross and Net Divisions. 

We hope Casa de Campo’s beautiful blue skies stick around because golf is looking good in Casa!

September 2 • Dye Fore • Birthday Bash – 6 Hole Blind Draw

October 21 • Teeth of The Dog • Halloween –  4 Person Best Ball-Wear Costumes and receive prizes for best costumes

November 25 • The Links • Turkey Shootout – 6 holes Best Ball, 6 holes Scramble, 6 holes Alternate Shot

December 23 • Dye Fore • Christmas Cup – Stroke Play-Net Only-A,B,C Flights
