Culinary enthusiasts and fine dining aficionados save the dates for October 11 and 12, 2024, when the 2nd Annual Food & Wine Festival unfolds at Casa de Campo. This event promises an exceptional culinary experience in the Caribbean, featuring live cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, wine and spirit tastings, premium cigar brands, and exclusive dinners under the stars.

Taking place at the Grand Tasting Pavilion, organized in collaboration with Invited, the festival will highlight local and international cuisine and feature some of the world’s most celebrated chefs. Chef Hubert Keller, renowned for his French culinary training and esteemed restaurants such as Fleur de Lys in San Francisco and Burger Bar in Las Vegas, will be one of the stars. Keller’s participation is expected to bring an extra layer of prestige to the festival.
Joining Keller in the lineup is James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain. Known for his innovative eateries in Chicago and Las Vegas, McClain is celebrated for pushing the boundaries of modern gastronomy. Also featured is Chef Scott Conant, whose illustrious 35-year career has been marked by a transformative approach to ingredients, creating unforgettable dining experiences that resonate deeply with food lovers.

A major highlight will be the Invited Chef of the Year competition, which will accompany the festival. These culinary masters compete for the coveted title. Last year’s event crowned Chef Eric Yeager from Ford’s Colony Country Club the 2023 Invited Chef of the Year, following a series of impressive events that left a lasting impact on attendees.
