As the owner of Biko in Mexico, the 6th best restaurant in Latinamerica and number 30 on the list of the world’s top 50 restaurants, Chef Bruno Oteiza brought the taste of Mexico to Santo Domingo and the Dominican Republic.

Enjoying the dinner hosted at Casa Avila restaurant in Blue Mall, in addition to CasaLife’s special guests were numerous business men and women of Santo Domingo, as well as Dominican beauties; TV host Pamela Sued and ex Miss Dominican Republic Dalía Fernandez.

Sitting down to dinner, the “50 Best Experience” Chef Bruno Oteiza treated the guests to a seemingly endless number of deliciously different dishes…

Accompanying each dish; the salmon (Salmon Curado con Tamal de Queso y Mole), the shrimp with his head (Camáron con su Cabeza), the fish in celery sauce (La Pesca con Salsa Apio), the pigeon (Cordoniz Empalomado), and the chocolate desert (Choco-Láton y Ajonjoli) was the perfect wine pairing such as the Errázuriz Reserva Pinto Noit 2011.
