Rosario Vélez, Casa de Campo’s Human Resources Manager, was recognized as “Most Inspiring HR professional”

On Tuesday, November 1st, a group of professionals from the Dominican Republic’s Human Resources area were recognized by RRHHDigital and Awards of Happiness®, which highlighted their achievements, impact, and influence in their communities, as well as the recognition and dissemination of the trajectory of these professionals.

Casa de Campo’s Human Talent Management Manager, Ms. Rosario Vélez, was recognized as one of “The Most Inspiring Human Resources professionals” in the Dominican Republic.

Rosario has over 25 years of work in the human resources industry, mainly in hospitality. She began her career as Human Resources Manager at Costasur, and for the last 12 years has been responsible for the team’s development, growth, and performance at Casa. She played a vital role in Casa de Campo Resort & Villas earning this year’s “Great Place to Work” certification and has worked in developing and implementing an inclusive workforce policy.

This is the first edition of ‘The 75 Most Inspiring HR’ in the Dominican Republic, a recognition based on the professional career of great leaders, evaluating and rewarding their people management strategies, their collaborating companies, or the successes achieved from the departments, even its influence in social networks.

The gala took place at the Hotel Catalonia in Santo Domingo and was organized by the Awards of Happiness®, where HR directors from Grupo Puntacana, Colgate, Claro, ARS Humano, Grupo CCN, CEMEX were also recognized; among other large companies in the country.
