Casa de Campo Resort & Villas received the “Great Place To Work® Caribbean and Central America” certification for August 2022-2023, one of the most prestigious national and international certifications awarded annually by the Great Place to Work Institute to the best employers in the world.
As a result of the hard work, the Resort achieved a Trust Index score of 92%, placing it above the national and regional averages of 86% and 85%, respectively, making it by far one of the most ideal places to work in the country and the Caribbean.
To determine the excellence of an organization, the Great Place to Work consulting firm evaluates employees’ experiences concerning promoting high-performance cultures and trust in companies. This extraordinary achievement was possible thanks to the collaboration of the great Casacultores family, which had a 98% participation level in the first organizational climate survey process.
Among the most outstanding indicators is ‘pride in belonging to the company’ with 97%, followed by ‘companionship’ with 94%, ‘cooperation and teamwork’ with 94%, and ‘credibility’ with 92%.
In Casa de Campo Resort, the results of the cultural transformation process developed have been of great value. These have been worked on in-depth in recent years, achieving at this time a solid organizational culture and philosophy as part of a strategic work to evolve our work culture from the inside with a vision, mission, and values oriented to build a Great Place to Work for everyone.
Andres Pichardo Rosenberg, President of Casa de Campo Resorts & Villas, expressed “This certification commits us to continue promoting practices and programs that foster our commitment to the growth and development of the talent of our people and the trust towards our Casacultores,” while elevating our Employer Brand together with the extraordinary reputation of the resort, which is what makes Casa de Campo a unique place in the world.
