Guided by certified sommelier Eduardo García Díaz, guests journeyed through Burgundy’s rich viticultural heritage. García, whose roots in viticulture trace back to the Valle de La Orotava, Canary Islands, shared his expertise with attendees, offering insights into the nuances of Burgundy’s renowned wines.

Accompanying García’s expertise was Culinary Director Rodrigo Menendez, whose culinary prowess elevated the tasting experience. Each dish, meticulously crafted to complement Burgundy’s finest, showcased Menendez’s skill and creativity.

From delicate oysters paired with Joseph Drouhin Chablis Premier Cru 2022 to sumptuous Maine lobster matched with Louis Latour Puligny Montrachet 2022, every course was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures.

As the evening unfolded, guests savored dishes like halibut with hazelnuts and fennel cream, expertly paired with Albert Bichot Chambolle-Musigny Premier Cru – Les Chabiots. The culinary journey reached its climax with a decadent chocolate, banana, and amaretto dessert, accompanied by Laurent-Perrier Harmony Champagne Demi-Sec NV, and followed by an assortment of tasty sweets to close the night.
