La Caña by Il Circo restaurant & lounge located at the heart of the Casa de Campo hotel has just announced a new and extraordinarily tempting dining option – Raclette.
Raclette is both a type of cheese (semi-firm, cow’s milk cheese), as well as a traditional Swiss dish based, whereby the Raclette cheese is heated and then the melted part is scraped off onto the diners plate. And now you can enjoy Raclette here in Casa de Campo!
Served within its own device for melting, the Raclette by La Caña comes with baby potatoes, prosciutto, onions and pickles and is just US$21 p/p (for a minimum of 2 people). Yummy!
