Rafael Torres President Casa de Campo Resort has just announced the promotion of Martha Richardson to the position of the Director of the Villas Division.
Having been working for the Casa de Campo resort for over 20 years, Martha’s most recent position was as the Rooms Division Manager, a role which saw her play an active part in the 2009 remodelling of the Casa de Campo hotel as well as being in charge of the restructuring of the Front Office operations, corporate makeover and implementation of Leading Hotels of the World and Preffered Hotels standards.
In her new role as Casa de Campo’s Director of the Villas Division, Martha Richardson will be in charge of ensuring the improved quality of quality of services offered to members of the Casa de Campo community: owners, tenants and guests, through personalized service with special attention to detail and the integration of new services in the Villa Owners Club offices located at the main entrance, central Casa de Campo hotel area, Minitas beach and La Marina.
As part of her new responsibilities, Ms. Richardson will be creating a social and benefits program for all Casa de Campo villa owners and residents and will be responsible for restructuring the management program of villas to grant special benefits for owners who rent their homes through the Casa de Campo hotel. This position will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the Casa de Campo hotel, Daniel Hernández.
Martha Richardson is graduated in Law from the Universidad Central del Este, and also has a diploma in Management, E-Marketing and Revenue Management. She also has had training in service with Leading Quality Assurance, gained work experience through internships at the renowned Italian Splendido Hotel and Villa San Michelle, and is fluent in English, Italian and of course Spanish.
