Our goal has always been to serve you with our very best attentions.  As we say in good Dominican, it is a pleasure to “añoñarlos” to make your experience at Casa de Campo as unique as you deserve. We are a great community and here we have it ALL! Our aim is to make you feel pampered by us, not only with our special price concessions, but also with a very special service where attention to details is our top priority. Among the special services designed specifically for you, I am pleased to highlight the following:
  • Yachts’ Catering. For sailing enthusiasts, we want your trip at sea to be even more enjoyable by designing a menu to suit all tastes; Breakfast, lunch and dinner from elaborated dishes to luxury snacks and “box lunches”.
  • Aircraft Catering. Similarly, for those who prefer to travel in their own jet, we provide a full catering service for passengers and crew.
  • At home “Supermarket Service”.  No need to leave your villa in Casa de Campo because we can stock your kitchen with everything you need from our warehouse including domestic and imported products, raw, canned, fresh vegetables, imported meats (poultry, beef, pork), fresh fish and many more.
  • Chef in Villa. We also offer the service of a Chef in your villa, at a cost for up to 6 hours.  Please request this service by notifying us 24 hours before your event.
  • Events Planning & Coordination. To coordinate your activity we have the Department of Banquet & Catering with trained representatives to assist you in every detail, varied menus, theme parties, waiters, bartenders, hostess, cleaning staff, equipment, linens and cutlery, entertainment, stage platforms, different set ups and all necessary arrangements just so that your guests will never forget that special evening.

Additional culinary highlights include:
  • La Caña Restaurant & Lounge by Il Circo in the central area of the hotel offers live music on weekends and every day of the week during high season. Mediterranean cuisine is the specialty of this elegant restaurant designed to be a “show kitchen” by trained chefs who have been certified by Il Circo famous restaurants in New York and Las Vegas.
  • Another culinary concept is The Beach Club By Le Cirque at Minitas Beach, where you can enjoy a delicious menu of lunch and dinner in a tranquil atmosphere with delicious seafood, grilled meats, pasta, fresh salads and delicious desserts, all prepared by chefs also trained by the famed Le Cirque restaurant chain.
  • For those who prefer to spend evenings in Altos de Chavón, at La Piazzetta you will find a nice atmosphere with live music and a delicious menu. You cannot miss this unique experience, in addition to enjoying the beautiful sunsets overlooking the Río Chavón.
  • At the Marina you may also find interesting dining options. In La Casita, Spanish cuisine is the specialty, seafood and fish, as well as a wide variety of tapas. Current specials on offer at Casa de Campo’s restaurants especiales restaurantes 1-01 I also take this opportunity to invite you to participate in a special guided tour of the central kitchen of Casa de Campo, to show you our impressive facilities and interact with you on a more personal level.  This modern central kitchen, which I had the privilege to install 4 years ago, is the backbone of this department. It is a European style kitchen with American production equipment that has allowed us to expand the range of services we offer to you and to our guests.  You can coordinate the visit at your convenience through the Casa de Campo Villa Owners Club. phillip_bucher_1_originalWe feel very proud of the services we offer at the Department of Food and Beverage and I am pleased to inform you that in recent years we have achieved some important victories, including the reopening of the hotel in December 2010 as a Leading Hotel of the World. Also note that we have received several awards, including the one provided by the “Cristal America” group entity of Check Safety First Limited, a leading consulting and quality supervision in food handling, which operates in several countries worldwide. For more than two consecutive years we have achieved and maintained the highest score of all hotels in the area as a result of audits regarding food handling, cleaning and organization in our kitchen areas, as well as the “CSF Award” as “Best Hotel in the South-East Zone” of  the Dominican Republic awarded by this Dominican-British firm. Similarly we have received much recognition from magazine editors who visit us, which make us feel very proud. As an example, USA Today magazine has recognized Casa as the “Best Beach Resort for Foodies,” as was determined by the writer Jane Reynolds from Oyster.com.
