The La Romana – Casa de Campo airport recently celebrated the arrival of the first Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the most modern aircraft now being manufactured by Boeing.

This magnificent aircraft arrived from Warsaw, Poland with LOT Polish Airlines, bringing 247 passengers arriving to the country to enjoy their vacations at the nearby resorts of La Romana and Bayahibe, as well as Bavaro-Punta Cana, which is now just a 35 minute drive away.  The arrival was celebrated with a traditional “water salute”.
