Chef de Cuisine, Jacob Jasinski joined Seasons at Ocean House in 2014, and a year later the restaurant was awarded their fifth star from Forbes Travel Guide. With a varied background, Chef Jasinski has cultivated a unique style of cuisine having worked in many locations in the United States and Europe. He found his home in Rhode Island, where he says his objective for Seasons is: “to create an experience that conveys a sense of place in a classic restaurant setting utilizing all the ingredients the area has to offer at their peak freshness.”

Seasons implores a “farm-to-table” concept, allowing the menu to change daily, reflecting Jasinski’s commitment to using the freshest local ingredients. Through traditional native foraging, local produce, and the ethical use of the sea, Seasons creates an unforgettable dining experience.

Jasinski joins Eden Roc’s Executive Chef Gianluca Re Fraschini at El Mediterraneo in a culinary exchange program that will see Fraschini in Ocean House in May. This weekend’s Grand Dinner has a cost of 170.00 USD/per person that includes a welcome Champagne cocktail, 5-Course Menu, wine pairings and Cigar & Rum tasting after the dinner.

Mediterraneo is open daily for breakfast, from 7:30am to 11am, and for dinner, Mondays to Saturdays, from 7pm to 10pm.
