Cristal, the world leader in the implementation of effective systems for environmental, health and safety related risk management, recently awarded Casa de Campo a “Food Safety” certificate in recognition of the resort’s commitment to outstanding food safety standards.
Over the past year, Cristal has visited the Casa de Campo resort and the resort restaurants to perform “spot checks” on a monthly basis – in which the resort has consistently been awarded 90 points or more (out of a possible 100).
