Chichigua Fest 2019: Kites, inflatable games, foam party, music, and more!

The Casa de Campo Living Chichigua Fest 2019 is tomorrow Saturday the 4th of May and finally, we are ready to reveal all the final details! There is so much to look forward to kite-flying contests, kite-making workshop, juegos inflables, food truck, drinks and more! REMEMBER TO BRING CASH!!!

The BASICS:

WHERE? Vista Lagos Parkland
WHEN? Saturday 4th May, from 1pm to 5pm (ish)
WHAT? Kite-flying festival and fun fun fun!!

Activities:

The Kite-Flying Contests

There will be 3 kite-flying contests divided into 2 categories; kids and adults. The contests will start at 3pm!

Kite-Flying Workshop

We are holding a kite-building workshop to help children (and adults) build their own kite (ChiChiGua!)

When? Starting at 1:30 pm

Cost: RD$300 and/or RD$500 per person (depending on the type of kite, includes all materials to make 1 kite)

Juegos Inflables – bouncy castles/inflatable games

There will be 3 different Juegos inflables at the ChiChiGua Fest to keep the little ones amused! Images throughout the article are of the activities we’ll have! There will be a water slide, a bubble dart station, bubble soccer, and an awesome foam party!

Cost: FREE – to use all three games all day.

Food and Drinks:

Massa Foodtruck by Casa de Campo

For the ChiChiGua Fest, Casa de Campo will be bringing their newest food truck, Massa by Minitas providing us all a fast and delicious way to satisfy our cravings and beat any hunger pangs – so that you can spend the whole day flying kites! Below you can see their menu (which will be available all day):

Tricibar

During the afternoon there will also be a fun tricycle bar with juice and cocktails for only RD$200!

The spirit of the event is to get people out and about and TOGETHER having fun – so if you don’t want to fly a kite, you are more than welcome to join us, watch the competition, enjoy a drink or 2, eat from the food trucks, get on the inflatables, a fun bubble party and more!
