Over the last 11 years, the Casa de Campo Copa Semana Santa polo tournament has become Casa de Campo’s most prestigious polo tournament, uniting the Dominican Republic’s finest polo players.
Fast, furious, and featuring an awesome alliance between human and horse, there is a reason polo is called the “Sport of Kings”. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy the thrill of the chase, as the 11th annual Casa de Campo Copa Semana Santa unfolds from Saturday March 21st, culminating on Saturday the 4th of April.
Having last year successfully hosted the 10th anniversary celebration of the Casa de Campo Copa Semana Santa, CasaLife Magazine this year promises “something different” and has coined the phrase “EL POLO ESTA DE MODA” (POLO IS IN FASHION) to characterize this year’s event theme.
“The Casa de Campo Copa Semana Santa is celebrated at a time when the resort is filled with thousands of the who’s who of the Dominican Republic (villa owners and visitors) celebrating Semana Santa [Easter week], and so it is our responsibility to ensure that this annual event meets the highest standards and requirements of our important guests. Our goal is to show that the Dominican Republic is capable of executing world class polo events.
