A few weeks back, we announced that Azimut Jazz Night had been pushed back to a later date due to the hustle and bustle of Semana Santa activities. Well, that new date is right around the corner…it’s next Saturday!! After a long time of waiting we will soon be able to enjoy incredible jazz tunes in a beautiful location, thanks to Azimut café!
Sunset Jazz Nights, held regularly at the Azimut café in the Marina Casa de Campo, are hosted by Mauro Caslini, President and CEO of IB Nautica and his daughter Alice Caslini de Moriconi, Owner and Director of Sales and Marketing at IBI Yachts. This dynamic duo invite you to spend a beautiful evening under the stars at the water’s edge enjoying a live jazz performance, featuring some of the best jazz musicians in the Dominican Republic!
It is also an opportunity to get to know new artists or see the recent work of ones you do! This time around, we will have the opportunity to enjoy photographs by artist, Mary Rosa Jimenez. She was born in Lima, Peru and has worked in Paris, Guatemala and here in the Dominican Republic. She will be presenting a collection with a marina theme of boats, water, sails, and more. Her photograph, “Yolita” is pictured to the right. To learn more about Mary, visit her Facebook page and website.
Sunset Jazz Night at the Azimut Café is a great way to meet up with friends and enjoy the art and culture of Casa de Campo with, of course, a cocktail in your hand as you listen to great jazz music. Simple – but absolutely perfect! SILGON is proud to sponsor Sunset Jazz Nights with Casa de Campo Living – see you there everyone!
