Exciting news! One of our beautiful villas has been nominated by archdaily.com for the Building of the year 2021 Award! This is the first time that a Dominican Project receives such a high distinction and what makes this even better is that YOU can vote to help crown this villa a winner!

Dye Fore 11, is located in one of the newest neighborhoods in Casa de Campo. This project was designed by Despradel Design & Development taking into account the weather conditions of the zone, taking advantage of the overwhelming views of the golf course and the tropical breeze.

“The project with its formal and space proposal, meets modernity and local architecture successfully, sloping roofs, large eaves which represent the Caribbean Architecture of the Region, even though the generous openings and pure elements, as well as the chosen material, denote an evident contrast with modernity.” – arqdaily.com

ArqDaily was founded in 2008, by architects who realized that there was no place for their peers to experience the latest projects, products, and trends. So, they decided to build it. They began as a platform to collect and spread the most important information for architects seeking to build a better world. Today, they are an ever-evolving tool for anybody who has a passion and determination to shape the world around them.

For the 12th consecutive year, they are tasking their readers with the responsibility of recognizing and rewarding the projects that are making an impact in the profession with ArchDaily’s 2021 Building of the Year Awards. Over the next few weeks, 15 stand outs of over 4,500 projects will be selected the best in each category on ArchDaily.

So, help us make Dye Fore 11 a winner! Whether you’re a Casa de Campo villa owner, resident, or visitor – please take just a few minutes to VOTE NOW! Voting ends on Wednesday, February 10th. Let’s take this opportunity to put the eyes of the world on talented Dominican architects!
