This post is also available in: Spanish

A short walk to the marina, this townhouse is an ideal place for boat lovers. Beautifully decorated with a large open living room, a modern kitchen, and a manicured garden, this peaceful oasis exudes elegance. Designed in the style of a modern “townhouse”, and remodeled recently, this home is the perfect place to escape the busy city life.

The color palette composed of neutral colors ranging from white to earth tones gives us a feeling of freshness and peace. Upon entering you’ll find a lovely dining room area, and a fully equipped kitchen and island with seating which can serve many different purposes from more space to prepare home-cooked meals to an informal way to interact with friends and family.

This remarkable townhouse is fully furnished and in perfect move-in condition. With natural sunlight pouring, the villa’s main living space opens directly out onto the pool, garden, and terrace, something which makes the spacious villa feel cozy and homely. With the folding patio doors open, the indoor living space easily combines with the outside, making a great place to enjoy the breeze, but with the doors closed becomes a cozy, cool space for when it’s too warm outside or even on a rare rainy day!

Exploring the first floor, you will find a large master bedroom suite with an outside terrace overlooking the garden and en suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with high ceilings, double beds, one with a large mezzanine to accommodate more guests, and both with en suite bathrooms.

Stepping out into the outside terrace great for hosting friends and family, you’ll find a private pool, BBQ grill, dining area, lounge chairs, and a heated jacuzzi at the bottom deck.  The garden offers future Casa de Campo villa owners privacy and tranquility; worries simply wash away here. There is no better, more tranquil way to enjoy the resort’s summer months than by laying by the pool for a fabulous tan with a book in hand.

The villa is just a short drive from the Casa de Campo amenities, whether you’re looking to spend the day at La Marina and venture off to Catalina or Saona, tee off at the Teeth of the Dog or Dye Fore, practice your swing at the tennis center or stretch out with a cocktail in hand on the golden sands of Minitas Beach.

Life in the cities is usually busy and stressful. There’s simply not a better place to enjoy some downtime with your friends and family than at this wonderful townhouse.  See more pictures below of the gorgeous and breathtaking villa!
