Everyone has their own style for cruising around our beautiful Casa de Campo resort, many prefer to explore in golf carts, while others ride around on a bike or horseback… Well today we bring you a new and exciting cruising option, the Trikke Scooter.
The Trikke Scooter is a “three wheeled cambering vehicle” providing a riding experience similar to skiing on land… a truly unique experience and no doubt an exhilarating way to get around Casa de Campo. Check out the video below to get a better understanding of what a Trikke Scooter is:
This new service is offered by Trikke Scooter República Dominicana, a company based in Santo Domingo who also now have a location at the Casa de Campo Villa Owners Club at Minitas Beach in Casa de Campo.
Here in Casa de Campo Trikke Scooter República Dominicana has 2 options for you to try it out! The first option is a guided audio tour from Minitas Beach to the Marina Casa de Campo, Altos de Chavón and Casa de Campo’s golf courses. This tour takes 60 minutes and gives you the opportunity to take pictures and learn about the history of these beautiful spots in Casa de Campo.
However if you are a free spirited person and want to go anywhere on your own, the second option is to rent a Trikke Scooter for a half day or full day.
Please note that currently the guided audio tours and rentals are only available on weekends, but will soon be open during the week too.
