In 1999 the first ideals of Dr. Stephen W. Nicholas began that today, 20 years later, the Family Clinic celebrates with pride and satisfaction of having reached so many vulnerable and low-income people in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic.
As part of the festivities of the Great Dominican Stop of the Bronx, which celebrated from July 20 to 28, the work of people and institutions representing the culture and identity of the city was recognized on July 24 at the Dominican Consulate La Romana city. For his great contribution to the Dominicans and especially to the city through La Romana Family Clinic, our founder Dr. Stephen W. Nicholas, a pediatrician with a tireless career in favor of children and adults of scarce resources of La Romana.
We thank the organizers of the Great Stop for the great distinction they made us, which drives us to continue working more and more in favor of the community of La Romana, providing quality services to meet the health needs in our city.
